Download brochureThe isolation voltage conditioner does more than correct the dock voltage: it incorporates an isolation transformer, protects the installation from overvoltage and overcurrent and manages network variations autonomously – delivering stable, safe and continuous power on board, whatever the quality of the dock supply.
The conditioner delivers a regulated, accurate output voltage even in the face of significant fluctuations in the dock supply. Thanks to electronic control based on the latest technologies available, the system compensates voltage variations instantly, with no perceptible delay — protecting all sensitive onboard equipment in any network condition.
The conditioner continuously monitors the dock supply and protects the installation from overvoltage and overcurrent. Five switching steps ensure a constant, accurate output voltage, while a current limiting system can flag undersized docks in real time — before they become a problem.
The built-in isolation transformer removes the galvanic connection to the shore supply, protecting the hull from electrolytic corrosion and reducing the risk of leakage into the water — all in a single unit, at no extra cost.
Regulation is handled by power transistors that select the optimum transformer tap within a few milliseconds, without ever interrupting the supply. Switching is so fast and so smooth that it is completely imperceptible to all onboard equipment — no moving parts, no noise, no wear.
The conditioner can transmit voltage, current and absorbed power to the onboard systems in real time. In the event of a dock blackout, the auto-restart function brings the unit back into service automatically as soon as the supply returns — no manual intervention, no surprises in the morning.
Each unit is delivered pre-assembled in its AISI 316 stainless steel or marine aluminium enclosure, with forced ventilation and stud-type terminals. Available in toroidal or column versions up to 30 kVA, with a two-phase connection up to 520 Vac on the higher-power versions, for when the single-phase dock line is not sufficient.
The conditioner can be configured to suit any onboard system: a version for American installations with 120/240 V output, or a version for European installations with 115/230 V output.
